What will happen to the Elven kin if Humanity destroys itself?

Elves know ours’Elves to be essentially spirit beings. We are not elves because of the shape of our bodies but rather our bodies are manifestations of our spirit. If it should happen, and we truly hope it doesn’t for it would be inconvenient for us, that man and some other kind destroy the environment to the point where we are unable to live upon the Earth in humanoid form, we would, of course, find other forms or planetary systems to live within and upon.

The vast majority of unawakened humans would in those circumstances reincarnate in whatever animal, fish or insect forms might be available and begin again the slow evolutionary ascent. Some elfin folk would go to other planets where similar forms might be found and some few, truly evolved elfin would rise to take their place among the Shining Ones.

It is also possible and perhaps in a way likely that some elfin would simply bide their time, living on the astral planes in the sort of nether and ethereal realms of Elfin that many folks assume to be the true Elfland, waiting for circumstances to develop where we may proceed with our efforts to master our ability to manifest upon the material planes of existence. Stepping from this to another timeline, another parallel world.

But our great hope is that enough of humanity will wake up and, even now in what seems to be this late date, transform thems’Elves sufficiently to continue our evolution upon this most wondrous crystal blue planet.

Letters No.14 . . . . Arhats and Mayavirupas
ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS AN ARHAT IS OBLIGED TO LEARN, ZARDOA . . . .
. . . . in lieu of the simple fact that he/she does not usually have a physical body, is how to create a mayavirupa. A maya-vi-rupa or in English : an illusory-life-body, represents that conglomerate, seeming living vehicle, made-up of substances gathered from elementals. The actual substance is etheric as opposed to gross physical, astral-flux and choice mental-elementals organized and then re-animated by an adept.

The fact that the “new” arhat is not as yet an adept, is the crux of the matter. He/she normally having been divested of a physical body by “sacrificing their life” to save the life of another, e.g., an imperiled human life and perhaps even the life of a wild-animal. A “new arhat” is never in-position to object to learning how to make a maya-vi-rupa. (Please check-out Werner Hetzog’s, “Bear Man” or “Grizzly Man” as a truly strange, convoluted example of an Arhatic-sacrifice for bruins)
You should realize, Z, that I don’t exactly explain everything to you or Neffie for a pretty good reason. My immediate superiors (for lack of a more suitable expression), definitely feel that candidates for all initiations are diminished greatly by “The Fraudulent Sophist Dialectics” used by rationalizing discourse in general. The “question and answers routine” is part of the problem and is too lame and archaic to become part of the solution. It definitely makes for good pupils but it conversely makes for lousy students.

In other words, if you ask questions and I answer them, that’s alright if your going to be my “charge or chela for life” (heaven forbid Z) but also . . . if I continue to answer questions, I’ll actually be stealing from you! I’d be robbing you of the opportunity for discovery, the only real treasure behind the overly-labored facts and concepts of the modern ideologies and philosophies. I prefer to assume you’re a proper savant (Neffie too) and that you’ll not only glean the facts and the pertinent concepts but that you’ll discover inner-meanings as well as the beauty-functions that oft elude the most erudite scholars of this corrupted day and age.

We won’t, in this regard, be trying to “make a long story short”, since a “short-version” quickly turns into another pathetic attempt to explain the ‘inexplicable’. Dabblers in the occult oft find themselves using terms and expressions that are inexplicable to any other than an eighty-year-old Theosophist with the fading memory of a thrice-brilliant-teenager.

First of all, please allow me to reiterate:
1. An advanced human being
2. An aspirant
3. A probationary disciple
4. An accepted disciple
5. A disciple within the aura of an ashram or the aura of an adept
6. A candidate for initiation. (normally 1st or 2nd degree)
7. An initiate (i.e. normally 3rd degree)
8. An arhat
9. An adept
10. A master
11. A chohan
12. A nirmanaskaya . . .

Now, we can detail our definition along with our empathy for the process. Without true empathy, we’re talking about cynics listening to Beethoven’s 9th Symphony (composed while he was deaf), a consummate rowdy witnessing the birth of an innocent child, a sophisticated urbanite situated alone in a primeval forest, an ass-hole forced by circumstances to give mouth to mouth resuscitation to a 90 year old heart-attack victim (same sex), a know-it-all new-ager hearing the shrieks of a dying seagull and laughing in embarrassment., etc., etc., ad-infinitum.

The freshly endowed arhat is quite rare, since most Arhats have proven themselves as candidates for 4th initiation within several lifetimes. For point of example:
1. A fireman climbing one of the two-towers, during 9 -11, is endowed instantly unto the blessedness of Arhatship but must incarnate once again (to become fully endowed).
2. That is: endowed with an earned right to Arhatship, after making-up-training for initiation 1-2-3 in a unique single-lifetime (usually) for the specific purpose of manifesting as an Arhat.
3. A freshly endowed arhat (being rare) is endowed and vested instantaneously.
4. If one has the pre-requisite “ears” (higher faculty), the “angels or devas” sing – all vested Arhats are said to hear the song-of-songs and it’s sweetness is remembered by them throughout all eternity.
5. Without a Maya-Vi-Rupa an arhat would eventually fall (return again to be more righteously vested).
6. A fall rarely happens, because of intervention on the part of supra-dimensional agents (i.e., adepts) to reveal in a “show-and-tell” (literally) procedure.
7. It has been said that long centuries of discarnate training, in some cases, have always been worth the “trouble” but that most Arhats “train-up” in the equivalent of days or weeks.

We shall, in the next installment, take up the training proper involved in creating a maya-vi-rupa but as but a “taste”:
1. Working knowledge of the elemental ‘lives’ needs to be made profound. In other words, “hands-on”, no opinions, no crude experiments, a paying attention that is far-beyond that of the most erudite men and women; the arhat must begin to know the meaning of “inside-and-out”.
2. The “inside” is learning to ‘order’ the elements required in the making and the manifestation and the “outside” is learning exactly where they fit into an illusory structure of a gland, an appendage, a nose, etc., ad-infinitum.
3. Obedience is not in any way asked, nor is it implicate, it is absolutely demanded using the power of the arhats (plural).
4. Of great importance is the sequential DNA arrangements which will require several angelic or deva-collaborators – this is especially the point where an experienced arhat or adept is necessary.
5. Not a lecture, not a lab, not a graduate-dialogue-session, nor anything as like our incarnate experiential fuss-fairy teaching . . . a merging, a homing-telepathy, utterly non-verbal transfer of “know-how” and with energy-force management.
6. The illusory-life-body is missing an awful lot of what we might imagine a human being would need, just to pass, but all’s well . . . it just has to work for a specific task, at the very first making.
7. Maya-vi-rupas don’t fornicate (not ever as might be required for any significant reason), they aren’t meant to deceive but to complete their task and dissolve (as like in the Cinderella tale), they can do a great deal in terms of the inherent abilities of the particular arhat-adept who wields the maya-vi-rupa’s considerable beauty and function.

THE ATTAINMENT OF ARHATSHIP IS MATCHLESS

As we’ve told you previously…
Dear Arwen,

… our questions are not meant to be part of a Socratic or Dialectic Process, nor are they rhetorical, they are rather Meta-Questions (our word) intended to inspire thought about the process and not necessarily meant to be answered directed, but rather contemplated regarding the issues raised and the theme upon which you were expounding.

Your last letter on Arhats and Mayavirupas was excellent and masterful. Yes, do continue on that subject writing as much as you will in regard to it. (By the way, we are acquainted with the Grizzly Man film.)

The manifestation of the mayavirupa, or diamond body, in such a way as to appear to physical eyes to be material is surely a great accomplishment and many of the legends of elf and faerie folk, certainly speak of them in this way. In fact, most folks who “believe” in faeries view them from this perspective. Although many seers merely view a subtle body as such, while others might see a more physical seeming form. Bo told us of a faerie he saw that had that subtle appearance and we told him of a menehune we encountered that had that ghostly see-through manifestation. Of course, we sometimes encounter real physical form menehunes on the streets here, but we very much doubt they know or remember who they are anymore.

And there are those who simply refuse to believe in faeries in any other way. They must be a subtle body projection, or a tiny human with wings. They simply can’t see or accept the spiritual nature of reality.

The future of humanity is surely, in part, to develop mayavirupas as a bodily form. These bodies would be much more resilient when mastered, less prone to “disease” as we know it, and certainly longer lived. But this will take some hundreds of thousands of years, if not millions for most folk. And certainly will require numerous changes, not the least of which will be a change of diet, from dense and blood-oriented fare, to more etheric and spiritual nourishment. Just as an individual can receive a quick advancement to probationary Arhatship, wizard hat-ship, or Maia, by selflessly sacrificing hir life for another, certainly one can take the long road of gradual weaning from the culture of blood sacrifice to acceptance of higher nourishment. Is it better to give one’s life for the higher spirit or live one’s life dedicated to it? (A Meta-question, not meant to be answered, except in your own considerations. You can speak to it if you so choose, of course.)

And it would be a great honor for us, certainly, to be your Chelas for life. But alas, as you must know, we are already spoken for. Zardoa wears a sorcerer’s cap given to him (metaphorically) by the Great Mother, Elbereth, which like the cap placed on Monkey by Quan Yin, in the Chinese tales, keeps him from getting up to too much mischief. And Silver Flame, well, she doesn’t seem to need any supervision. The Matreya, Manwe (?) in Tolkien, or one of hir associates, looks in on her from time to time, but mostly she is left to do what she does best, which is lovingly serve and nurture all she encounters.

Do write more on these and other esoteric subjects. You are hitting the mark.

The following is the introduction of the book Elf Magic Mail that we have compiled of these original letters by the EQD and we have included a sample writing of one letter with the commentary by the Silver Elves.

Introduction

In 1974, a pair of sisters—Arwen and Elanor—calling thems’elves the Elf Queen’s Daughters emerged upon the Pagan/Wiccan scene. They wrote fascinating esoteric letters of elven lore and philosophy that, when they really got going, were sent out in a groups of three every week. At their height, they had over 300 addresses around the United States with a few being sent to Spain and France. Within months of their first publication, other kindred joined the sisters and established vortexes around the U.S. where those interested, who had heard the Call, could write to awakened elves. There was also a vortex in France (more on this in Book 2).

Among these vortexes was the Elves of the Southern Woodlands in Carbondale, Illinois established by Zardoa who would, some years later after the sisters ceased writing them, take on the Dharma of creating the elf letters, first in Florida under the name the Sylvan Elves and later in California as the Silver Elves. Silver Flame, his faithful sister-lover companion, soon joined him and they’ve been pursuing the Dharma ever since.

This is Book 1 of a compilation of the original letters of the Elf Queen’s Daughters. Some of these letters appeared in the earliest version of the “Green Egg Magazine”. The sisters knew many folk in the Pagan/Wiccan community including Oberon and Morning Glory Zell Ravenheart who published that magazine, as well as Z Budapest, the author of The Grandmother of Time (our friend Sumi painted the cover art for that book), and Alison Harlow who was a founding member of the Covenant of the Goddess, as well as the founder of the “Vanthi” line of Feri witchcraft, a co-founder with Gwydion Penderrwen (with whom these elves used to correspond, having been introduced by the sisters) of “Nemeton” an early pagan magazine, and a co-founder with Oberon and Morning Glory Zell-Ravenheart of the Holy Order of Mother Earth.

Then in mid 1977 the letters suddenly stopped. The sisters withdrew into seclusion and pursued their esoteric studies mostly in private. However, Zardoa stayed in touch with them and they have remained friends and accomplices ever since. Four of our books are actually a personal and magical correspondence between Zardoa and Silver Flame of the Silver Elves and Arwen and Elanor, who had founded the Elf Queen’s Daughters. This correspondence took place in 2011-2012. These books are Magic Talks, Sorcerer’s Dialogues, Discourses on High Sorcery, and Ruminations of Necromancy.

There are certain common features to most of the original letters of the Elf Magic Mail. Besides the intriguing esoteric elven philosophy, there is almost always a photo or graphic, and a glyph that is a combination of the symbols for Venus and Mars often with the Yin/Yang symbol within it; this done in hundreds of variations. There is also frequently the seven-pointed elf star that is today quite often referred to as the faerie star and adorns the covers of a number of books, including Faery Craft by Emily Carding, and is found on websites about elves and faeries all over the globe. This may be the sisters’ most enduring gift to elfin (they spelled it elfan, sometimes elfen) kind. A gift we Silver Elves passed on in our letters and which was taken up by elves and faeries all around the world.

“Title: The Primordial Egg”

“THERE ARE TENS OF THOUSANDS OF MATTERS, SISTERS …. to hold opinions about, and ten thousand more to express our attitudes about, and more and more to ponder about in the future as well as millions of lost opinions and view-points to recollect and dwell upon relating to our pasts. They weave about us, and we learn to call them ourselves. Astute politicians and the genius-executives that manipulate most of what we once held sacred wield mental power over the people of our disenchanted America that dwarfs the physical power once held by Kings and emotional power held by their courtesans.



It is foolish to believe that you’ve escaped enculturation. It is even more foolish to seriously attempt to do any thing about it. We are programmed sisters, and almost all of us can only re-program ourselves with bizarre “programming” seemingly our own, yet mostly “borrowed” from India or China or even Romantic-Western-America. It appears to the elven sisters, that it’s only the seriousness that really endangers both our security and our freedom. If we can singularly and mutually “face” the utter ridiculousness of our real predicament and almost eternal bondage to the illusions so artfully created for endless distraction, we may begin the long and perilous journey into and out-of fear.



And yet, sisters, we pass through normal and elven America and find so very much opinion about everything imaginable. The warm smiles are what counts, sisters; it is the elven smile that makes for a new day, and the elven chatter as well as the elven letters we all have grown to love are not a real part of our mutual liberation. Only a real human smile has the magic and true enchantment necessary to attack with love (in elven style) the almost ageless human preoccupation with deception. Would that people only attempted to deceive folk other than themselves. 



We find sisters everywhere that would learn the magic. They find their elven natures to be more than just “surface” qualities; they feel they’ve found something recognizable in their real kinship with the elven sisterhood. We pray and call upon She Who Dreams to guide them past all of this and into and out-of what men call real. There is no substitute for self-knowledge. So very few spend the time to find out who they really are. The unseen realms of mind and reality are so very devastating to those who know so little about themselves, their motives, their sexual needs and desires, the “nitty-gritty” stuff that wizzards [sic] expose to the light of day on only one or two days in a single year. And Alchemy, and astrology, and all the “heavy “ stuff, what is it all about, beloved .. what is it all about?

Let us firstly make arrangements for our mutual evolution and growth from a disenchanted folk alienated primarily from ourselves .. into a real people who not only know themselves but know themselves relative to their real environment.

”Here the sisters make very clear that our true elven magic is not ceremonial magic or the waving of wands, nor even attempts to manipulate the world but the magic of a simple smile, a bit of kindness in a world that very much needs it. This goes along with Tolkien’s idea, as expressed in his article On Fairy-Stories found in Tree and Leaf, that faerie magic is not the labored magic of worldly magicians. While this magic may be less demonstrative and flashy than the magic of movies and books, it is far more powerful really for all its subtlety and far more enduring. It helped change our lives and endures still in the hearts of these elves.”

that we have been using the I Ching oracles everyday for over 30 years and have received valuable spiritual guidance and wisdom. We now have an elven translation of the I Ching written for the magician/ess with non-sexist language, clear interpretations and magical implications of the hexagrams. We do hope you will find it useful. Here included below is a sample of the introduction and of the 1st hexagram.

“We first learned how to do the I Ching from the Elf Queen’s Daughters. We had encountered it previously and had done it, but it was with the Elf Queen’s Daughters that we really learned how to do it effectively, and have since that time been doing it at least once a day for the last 35+ years.”

“The I Ching is one of the oldest, most organized, and in the experience and opinion of these elves, the most accurate of oracles. Whenever we have a truly important question, we always consult the I Ching.”

“While most experts say, and historical data seems to support, that the I Ching has been in use for at least three to four thousand years, the tradition among the Elves is that it is at least 8,000 years old.”

Why a New Version of the I Ching?

“There are many versions of the I Ching, the Wilhelm-Baynes translation being one of the best in our opinion. However, there are aspects of that great book that these elves found unsatisfactory. First, it bore with it the cultural prejudices concerning women that existed at the time it was created. We have tried to create a version that is non-sexist. Most versions of the I Ching speak of the “superior man”, which we find less than satisfactory to many of our sisters.”

“Second, we wanted a version that spoke to elves, elfin magic, and magicians and magic workers overall. This version is created with that in mind.”

“Third, while we believe the Wilhelm/Baynes version is a truly great translation, there were a few lines we simply couldn’t agree with. Also, some made no sense to us in terms of the line and then the hexagram it changed into, so we began again, line by line. While our interpretation is in some instances very similar to the original, in some cases we have altered the interpretation completely.”

HEXAGRAM 1: MAGIC

“The first hexagram represents the primal power from which all things originate. It is conceived of as Magic in a pure undifferentiated state, and thus exists as absolute potentiality. It is energetic by it nature and of the Spirit, and thus represents the Divine. It has all solid lines indicating that it is strong and without weakness, therefore it represents power. It is purposeful, directed toward a goal that may be conceived of as Vision or Destiny.”

“The first primal power is infinite in Being. It is, has always been, and always will be. It extends itself through Space, the second primal power, which exists by virtue of its nonexistence, which because of its receptivity allows the First Power to manifest within Space. This creates the idea of motion, or sequential development from which we derive the idea of Time. This sequential development creates the idea of evolution, by which the Magic realizes its Vision by way of step-by-step development through Space/Time.”

“This sequential realization of the Divine represents a movement from Pure Conscious Being into the Mental Realm and from there into Materiality. This might also be conceived as a descent into the Angelic realm, the Deva realms and “downward” into the individualized material realm, where Divinely inspired Mages illuminate the lives of receptive individuals.”
